You can send us an email and notify us that you would like to terminate your account. Any balance in your account (minus rebates given) is refundable. First, you should check if your artwork meets the artwork specification of the product you selected. Second, make corrections for any mistakes for your artwork. Third, you need to upload the artwork at your product order page. Then, please wait for our experts to check your artwork, we will proceed with your artwork within 2-3 hours. If you encounter any problem kindly contact our customer service or send an email with your order number.

What should I do if I do not receive my order within the estimated delivery date?

How do I know if Blue Printing received my order?

After your order has been submitted, our system will automatically send out a confirmation email with the details of your order. If not, please make sure that the email address you registered is correct. If you realize your email address is wrong, please change it under Account Information.

How do I upload my artwork?

You may upload at the product page you desired at the attachment section.

There seem to be problems with the upload of my artwork, what should I do?

You may upload an empty / dummy file and add it to the cart, please remark “original file will be sent by email”. Then, send us your original file by email and remark your order number.

Do you offer artwork design services?

No, you have to create your own design and we will do the printing.

Which types of file can I upload?

Blue Printing allows the following formats: pdf (preferred), ai, jpg, png, zip, rar.

Where can I learn more on how to submit the artwork correctly?

You can view the artwork specification of your product’s description below and check the “Dr Blue” page.

Can the color of my printed product match 100% to the original color of my artwork?

No. It is a known fact within the printing industry that 100% process colour accuracy is not presently possible with the current print technology. Factors that may cause colour deviation include quality of paper stock, humidity of the weather, type of press machine, difference between monitor displays and color setting (RGB VS CMYK).

Can I change my artwork after submitting it?

Yes, within 10 minutes once you have confirmed your order. However, you will need to contact our customer service, or send us an email containing your artwork and order number under our Terms and Conditions.

Can Blue Printing print any artwork?

Yes, as long as your printing does not conflict with the Malaysian Printing and Publication Law. Please read Terms and Condition point #8 REJECTION DUE TO INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT.

BILLING & PAYMENT

How long does Blue Printing take to reload my account?

We will reload within an hour once we receive your payment. If under urgent conditions, kindly contact customer service, or send us an email containing your artwork and order number.

Do I receive the hard copy of the invoice?

No, Blue Printing will not provide the hard copy of the invoice attached with all the products you purchased.

Where can I get my invoice for my order?

All orders made with Blue Printing, the invoice will be sent to you by email immediately. You can check for the invoice at “My account” or your email, if you didn’t receive the invoice through email, kindly contact our customer service for the problem you encounter. The hard copy invoice will not be attached to your product during delivery.

How do I report a billing error?

You may kindly contact our customer service, or send us an email containing your order number and problem you encounter.

Do I receive an official receipt after payment?

No, if you wish to have a receipt, kindly contact our customer service or email your request.

Does Blue Printing deliver to all of Malaysia?

Yes, Blue Printing does deliver to all of Malaysia, but only free delivery to West Peninsular Malaysia.

Can I track the delivery status of my order?

Kindly contact customer service, or send us an email with the order number for delivery tracking no.

Blue Printing free delivery service included area is?

We do deliver to all areas in Malaysia but for those listed under “Outskirt Delivery Area” delivery process may take an extra 1-2 days.

Can Blue Printing deliver overseas?

Yes, but you may need to pay for the delivery charges.

In which situation can my goods be delayed?

There are some common situation like:

– Artwork problem

– Insufficient Fund

Can I submit multiple delivery addresses for an order?

One order can only be associated with one delivery address. So if you want different items delivered to different places, you will have to submit and pay for multiple orders (which can have the same billing address, but different shipping addresses).

Is it possible for members to collect their goods earlier than the expected date stated?

Yes, you will be treated as “Rush Order” and additional charges will be incurred depending on your product.

Can we collect our own goods at Blue Printing?

Yes, you are most welcome to do so. Please call up to our customer service careline before you make your collection from Blue Printing.

Can Blue Printing directly deliver the goods to our customer?

Yes, you can fill a different delivery address before you confirm your order. We can send directly to your customer without any sender’s information.

I won’t be at the delivery address that I submitted during the order. What should I do?

Please call our customer service. Our team will update the delivery address for your order. Just make sure you have your order ID at hand.
